Uses of ISEPHOR™

Used on walls, floors, foot-washing areas, and hand-washing areas of plant facilities and plants such as breweries and wineries, lactic acid beverage factories, soy milk factories, low-alcohol beverage factories, tofu and natto factories, enzyme and yeast factories, sake distilleries, meat and fish processing plants (ham, sausage, fish sausage), and food processing plants for pickles, ketchup, mayonnaise, ice cream, and frozen confectionery.

• Concentration

  Dilute liquid concentrate of ISEPHOR™ by a factor of 1,600 to 3,200 (effective iodine 50 to 100 ppm) to use.

• Dilution

  Predetermine the usage concentration, fill the diluting water into a solution tank that has the specified capacity, then pour in the required amount of liquid concentrate.
  Next, stir until the liquid becomes a uniform color. (Pump stirrer can be used)

• Uses

  As a treatment for CIP systems of tanks and pipes. Filling tanks and pipes with, or immersing piping in, the diluted solution.
  Spray onto cutters, fillers, conveyors and other processing equipment, as well as walls and floors of operation rooms.
  Can be used to treat hand- and foot-washing areas.

• Cautions on usage

  Liquid concentrate is slightly irritative; be careful to avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with skin, simply wash with water.
  In case of contact with clothing, etc., stains can be removed with soap and warm water.
  Avoid using together with alkali soap liquid.
  Avoid use with silver, copper, or aluminum products.
  Do not use directly on food products.
